How do I return my order?
Please use the internal return label and shipping supplies your order arrived in.
What is the return policy?
All return labels are scheduled within three days of your event concluding.
What is the shipping company used?
Do I wash my rentals?
No! Just rinse all food and beverage residue with warm water. We will handle the cleaning!
Why does my order have more pieces than I ordered?
We include one extra piece for all breakable items to account for any possible breakage during shipping.
What happens if I break an item?
Please select “broke during usage” on the internal order form. The card used to place your order will be charged a $5 breakage fee.
What happens if a piece arrives broken?
Please select “arrived broken” on the internal order form when returning.
Is there an order minimum?
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend ordering 2.5-3 weeks in advance of your event.
What is the shipping time?
Standard shipping in 3-5 business days.
